These two peacocks are the breeding pair on the Staunton estate. When I had my studio at the Ferrers Centre with Laura and Charlotte and Nicola I always walked past these angels and said hello, every day. They had babies! The boy, whose name I've forgotten was quite feisty. He used to be allowed free range, but he began to attack shiny sports cars in anger. So he was moved into an enclosure and a wife was immediately found for him so that he would settle down. You may have seen him on the news at the time😅 . Anyway I painted the two of them in acrylic paint and pens, on board.

At 60 x 60 cm  this acrylic piece is on premium quality canvas board and is varnished and ready to frame.
